The plastic mold for making terrazzo stones is a tool used for manufacturing terrazzo stones. It is mainly applied in municipal engineering, landscape gardening and other scenarios, featuring light weight, durability and ease of processing.
Basic functions
Tingpu stones are stepping stones placed on the water surface, used to enhance the unity of the landscape and avoid a sense of fragmentation. Tingpu stones are produced through injection molding technology using plastic molds. The materials are mostly polypropylene (PP) or modified ABS, which have weather resistance and toughness and can be used in an environment ranging from -10℃ to 60℃.
Common Specifications
Diameter: The mainstream model is 50 centimeters (such as the Jingda mold), and there are also customized special shapes (such as arcs, chamfers).
Size range: Some municipal engineering molds cover dimensions from 300×500×100mm to 750×350×150mm.
Materials and Processes
Material: Polypropylene (PP) or modified ABS. The surface is smooth and does not require secondary grinding.
Process: Injection molding. The weight of a single set of molds is 3 to 8 kilograms and can be manually transported.
Applicable scenarios
Municipal engineering: such as sidewalks' boundaries and roadways' dividers.
Garden landscape: Courtyard and water feature decorations, spaced approximately 10 centimeters apart. The height can be adjusted to prevent shaking.
