Product introduction
The plastic molds for curb stones are specialized tools used for manufacturing cement prefabricated curb stones. They are mainly made of engineering polypropylene (PP) or ABS plastic particles through injection molding. These molds offer advantages such as light weight, low cost, and customization capabilities. They are widely used in municipal engineering, highways and other fields.
Materials and Processes
Materials: Mainly composed of engineering polypropylene (PP), with some using ABS plastic, featuring anti-aging and recyclable properties.
Process: The plastic particles are heated and melted at high temperature (200 - 280℃) in the injection molding machine and then injected into the mold cavity. After being pressurized and molded, the mold is removed to obtain the product.
Structure and Features
Structure: Convex letter-shaped single parting surface design. The size error of the cavity is ≤ 0.5mm. Supports various irregular structures such as arcs and chamfers.
Features:
Smooth surface, quick demolding (the time consumption is 1/4 of that of steel molds);
Can be easily moved by one person, the weight is reduced by 65%-80% compared to steel molds;
The service life is approximately 100 times for concrete pouring, and regular application of demolding agent is required for maintenance.
Application scenario
Municipal engineering: Standard specifications such as 100×500×120mm are used for ordinary roads, while 750×300×120mm are used for high-speed railways. 2
