Product Introduction
The roadside stone plastic mould is a kind of mould model used for the production of cement precast roadside stone, mainly using engineering polypropylene injection molding. This kind of mold by pouring concrete into the mold, after the cement solidified to remove the mold or mold molding, and finally get the roadside stone.
Material and manufacturing process
Engineering polypropylene (PP) is usually used as the raw material. This material has the characteristics of non-toxic, tasteless, low density, high strength, good stiffness, high hardness, strong heat resistance, etc. It can be used at about 100 degrees, and has good electrical properties and high frequency insulation, which is not affected by humidity. In the manufacturing process, the raw materials are completed by quantitative feeding, melting plasticizing, pressure injection, mold filling cooling, mold lifting and other steps.
